Full time employment

Can anyone out there help me? I'm looking for full time employment in Healthcare. I've applied for positions so many times, just to not get any responses. I have just over 11 years of experience in hospital billing, as a biller & AR Specialist. I worked with commercial insurance companies and the Veterans Hospital. I am currently taking a Professional Medical Coding class and will finish at the end of May 2017. I don't know what else to do or where to turn? My instructor for the Coding class gave me a contact person for a physicians group, which I contacted twice last week, leaving a message & my phone #. Any suggestions??
