I am very lucky to have landed this full time position at the Better Business Bureau. The people for the most part are wonderful. The benefits amazing. I just passed my 90 probation and was hired for a full time position with all benefits included. Full Insurance with Kaiser, Company paid. They have also given me a 250,00 life insurance policy, paid. All holidays, paid. They even gave me a AAA card and membership, free. As soon as I have been here a year, 1 week paid vacation. 2nd year; 2 weeks paid vacation. This goes all the way up to 5 weeks paid vacation each year. They also provide lunches for us with every training or orientation. Flexible hours. The list goes on and on. They may not be the highest paying job, $15.00 p/hr. But you also get bonuses each year at Christmas.
