It was great opportunity to work at bell helicopter. If you treat and take care company like you really own company you well be successfully one day. You put yourself at the right place because it show you that you work all your heart not for money. And you make the company business growing as well.

If you look for mistake everyday is well be mistake. Work hard and be happy.

Nothing stressful day at bell helicopter. Working is the most really good thing in life. It give you a lot experiences, getting in to next level.

I try to clam them and fix the problem. And I not try to put mysekf at that place.

It was great manager and supervisor alway be there for you whenever you need something and it great people to work with.

If you are being hired as a production worker, it’s a great job. I learned a lot about the production of the V-22 and other helicopters. It was a great job. As a production supervisor, not as great. Too much friction between the union and management. They were more interested in trying to let employees go instead of focusing on productivity and quality of the work being put out. Especially in building 36 in Hurst.
