My advice to people interested in working at #BeautyBrands as a #AssistantManager ...

I would not recommend anyone to work for beauty brands. I believed the District Managers numerous times that policy and procedures would be handled correctly due to it effecting the work place. When the new Market Manager came in, I was also told and promised numerous times things would change. Nothing was ever done. They turned blind to the problems that were being created by a Master Stylists and Beauty Concierge Shift Manager and Estetition

As an Assistant Manager this company does not back you up when you reach out to them as you are told you can. I also believed the it was going to be an amazing place to work due to the CEO was the previous CEO of Ulta. Not so much. When you go through the proper channels to correct policy violations and you do not have the support, instead they put the blame on you and try to make it look like it was you to have an excuse to let you go......This is not a company I would ever work for again, or recommend to ANYONE
