When we had out gassing explosion. Lucky no one was working in that specific area at the time.Just the stress of racing around following safety procedures checking for injuries do head count to make every one is safe was pretty rough.

My tip for someone who wants to work for #Beacon would be to...

They are a top notch company with excellent benefits. It is my experience you need to constantly communicate with the manager to make sure you are meeting their expectations. Make sure you are being properly trained. When you ask for notes and they say you will get it, with out slowing down and making them give you the steps. You will not get it. They do not give you time to adjust to their ways of doing things before they decide you are not worth it and move on to the next candidate. (Just get expectations in writing)
