I felt proud to work for #BB&T(BranchBankingandTrust) when...
I felt proud from June 2000 until May 2018. In May 2018 after Sandi Hubbard transferred her best friend in the department it was like I could not do anything right. Her friend told me she was going to get my job. After that I was called in the office every week about something her friend told her I said, did or did not do. I had given BB&T 18 years of great service and Got walked out like a criminal. I was under so much pressure I started making mistakes and even had to see the doctor. I had to get notes from my doctor for some reason and I worked with BB&T and never missed a day's work.

A #stressful #BB&T(BranchBankingandTrust) day
The last day of the year was probably the most stressful due to numerous contracts needing to be completed and signed.

Nothing

A time I was disappointed at #BB&TBank
I wasn't disappointed at BB&T, I quite enjoyed my job as part-time, peak-time teller, usually working the window. The Island, and Beaufort County as a whole, was enjoying a building boom. What happened was, I became afraid for my personal safety. Workmen would come in on Friday evenings to cash their checks, offering foreign ID, none of them having an account with the bank. We cashed the checks based on the payer's account, knowing the majority of the money would be wired back to Mexico. Then as Christmas approached, and I heard of bank robberies elsewhere, I really got concerned. I decided that discretion was the better part of valor, so resigned my post. Now banks usually have a sign up, no concealed weapons allowed. Well, that's just dandy; only the thug will be armed. I don't plan to work in a bank again.

How I nailed my #BB&TInsuranceServices interview
I had a friend that got me the interview at BB@T. I loved working here and loved helping people. I was a licensed claims agent and handled alot of different claims. I was the first person that someone would talk to when they had something horrible happened. I worked there from Dec 2001 until Sept 2009. I lost my father in 2007 and then lost my mother in 2009. At the time I lived in NC and my parents lived in TX. I was lost and chose to return to TX as my new residence. I was in a very bad marriage with emotional abuse. I have fully recovered from that marriage and am in alot better place now. I do have some disabilities from working and begin attached to a headset for 8 hours a day minus lunch and breaks. I at the time needed to take a step back and look at my life and transform myself. I would love to get back into the insurance field. However, I prefer to work at home, if at all possible. I work better by myself and am very dedicated to my work. If I can't do it right I don't do it. I hope I have answered any and all your questions.
