Posting information to the wrong client's file.

I would work in one of the satellite office and would be there alone, and would have multiple clients coming in for interviews, then would have to answer the phone, make sure that I responded to the attorney via computer, but because of my personality and knowing how to multi task, my clients were very understanding.

I calmly listened to what they would have to say first, before I responded, allowing me to get my thoughts together, then I would explain to them what was correct and I find that to decrease the anger and tension.

I enjoyed working with the public, helping them to get their Social Security. A feeling of being able to help someone, is so rewarding.
