When there are new development and programs for the bank to be executed in branches

I loved my position not only because I was able to contribute additional revenues for the bank; but specially because I was able to help my staff grow and develop to achieve higher positions as well as helping the clients achieve their goals.

Commerce and Mortgage Bank gave me the unique opportunity to learn, grow and add value to the organization. It was during my employment at Commerce and Mortgage that i earned both my Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and later higher degree -MBA (HRM concentration) I entered the Company as an Officer, but through my proven outstanding performance am now at a senior management position- Head, HR & Corporate Affairs.

I would like to work at a bank as a teller i have been doing cashier for about 15 years at different retails stores
