Commerce and Mortgage Bank gave me the unique opportunity to learn, grow and add value to the organization. It was during my employment at Commerce and Mortgage that i earned both my Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and later higher degree -MBA (HRM concentration) I entered the Company as an Officer, but through my proven outstanding performance am now at a senior management position- Head, HR & Corporate Affairs.
