Having a record and getting hired
Does anyone know of companies that either doesn't do background checks or if they do, Misdemeanor charges are all I have. No felonies but I cannot get passed the background check process. I need a job at home. Please help !! I have over 8 years of customer service experience.

Completed Defense Acquisition University Level I certification in Systems Engineering and Program Management, 2005-2006, in addition to my Security background, professional experience, and professional security training and certifications, this makes me an excellent candidate for this position.

Sometimes

Background check
I worked 7 months then dhs did background check I was removed from my position waiting for them to Complete the study I was checking routinely on the progress until one day they told me the study had been closed no further information was available never to return to my job
Job interview
So I went to Kroger for interview, job was taken, but still was given background form to fill out , is that right? Hireright is doing background check but won't be complete for a week, that's strange

I downloaded the app and went through those steps. They gave me clearance, I came off the waitlist, I delivered for over a month, then my background check came through with a six year old misdemeanor and they deactivated me 😖
