Dealing with the IRS is stressful. Mostly when a client became angry it was usually at the IRS, but of course since I was there I became the target for all their anger and frustrations. I would allow them to vent and if they angry to be reasonable I would offer a break or even reschedule the appointment so we could work together.

We were an office that consisted of ex IRS employees. We worked with taxpayers who were delinquent in filing and or paying of taxes.I love being able to help the Taxpayer resolve their problems and see the relief on their faces.
