My advice to people interested in working at #ArchitecturalGraphicsInc as a #MetalFabricator ...
Be polite and curtious, do whatever they need you to do nicely and efficiently, lock up your tools ALWAYS, and trust NO ONE, they will FIRE you at random without cause or explanation....No matter who or what you do.

The biggest mistake I made as a #MetalFabricator at #ArchitecturalGraphicsInc ...
Standing up for myself in shop with certain guys and being late

Seeing plenty of work but no one assigning a task to me....absolutley frustrating to get yelled at and humiliated just for trying to work !!!????

What I loved working at #ArchitecturalGraphicsInc
my co-workers, some office staff, and the ability to "supposively move up within the company"

During my interview I made sure to ask #ArchitecturalGraphicsInc
I asked about hours, benefits, steady work, layoffs and termination. My responses were, guaranteed 40hrs. plus mandatory overtime, great benefits-401k,health,dental,vision,vacation,rarely layoffs and must be written up 3 times and meeting for tremination.
