What I loved about working at Applebee's, is the fast paced work with friendly and nice coworkers and the sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.

I wpuldnt say hate bute was very disappointed when i increased our alcohol sales to the number 1 position in our district and althought it was a great feat they said i wasnt eligible for a pay raise or bonus. I spent hours of my energy training servers in how to sell a drink with their individual personalities, and made them local hits within the community. I made them competive between each other by running small contest on the weekends and made it fun for them to do what i had promised corporate management i was capable of and upon delivery was congratulated amd dismiss.

The managers and employees are awesome

That everybody work as a team

Yah this will happen being a host i have to put Customer equally but sometime the customer they choose their own table and not able put to the other

I would tell it's a nice environment to work at and learn and experience with diverse culture

I think I never had that experience being a host

The most stressful day at applebee was when there was too many Customer and all the table ful and let them wait for so long

The environment is good, the managers are good and co workers are very friendly and helpful

Everyone got along
