About 8 years ago, one of the managers, while standing in the back of the house, pounded on the wall and yelled "this side work needs to get done" so loud that the entire capacity filled dining room went completely silent. I don't even know what really set him off. Things were getting done. I've worked nights where every time I tuned around nothing was where it should be. This was not one of those nights. I had to work hard to convince my guests that there would not be a mad man with a gun walking out to blow everybody away. The whole staff just stopped caring after that point. That manager did not get fired nor were we aware of any disciplinary actions taken against him. All in all, I found Applebees a very hostile place to work for. #Applebees #Server

I had a interview with Applesee's. about 2 weeks ago OK I was hired and was told by the General. Manager. To go to there website and do my paper work and he will get back with me OK I did what I was told and haven't heard from them since what kinda mess is that what you think I should or shouldn't called wait on them to call back.
