Amc needs supervisors, managers and general managers who want to improve amc as a whole, not because it makes them look better. I’ve worked with excellent general managers and managers but, the last general manager I worked with didn’t have the same goals or motivation to help their team grow. So in conclusion, move people up who care about their job no matter what theatre they work at. It really reflects how you’re crew works too.
