My advice to people interested in working at #Abilityandchoiceservices as a #Assistantmanaget ...
My advice to others is. If you choose to work there keep your head down. Enjoy the clients and don’t trust the people you work with to truly care for your wellbeing

The biggest mistake I made as a #Assistantmanaget at #Abilityandchoiceservices ...
Trusting co workers to write down mandatory info when they have you switch to another task and telling you they will note the books for you.

The days working there weren’t stressful. Just dealing with employees drama was stressful

Drama at #Abilityandchoiceservices
It was a very dramatic work environment. Never knowing where you stood. Definitely took a toll on my mental state and since leaving I have been able to help myself grow. The clients were amazing no complaints and the experience was amazing, but the management definitely made you think twice weather you deserved better or not.

What I loved working at #Abilityandchoiceservices
The ability to make a difference in people’s lives
