I want nothing to do with 3M anymore I gave them 23+ years of good service and they hired me 30 years ago with no diploma and now I can’t even get back in now to work part time as a retiree they turned me down and I have many years of experience and yes I loved the people there and the departments I worked in I retired 7 years ago and just wanted a part time job , but yet they’ll hire people that could care less about working and bad attendance because they do have a diploma to that’s discrimination thank you do claussen

What made me stay at #3m Company was
Absolutely nothing you are overworked and they don’t care about family your family consist of all the employees 12 hours 7 days a week.

What made me stay at #3M was
3M operates with the highest leave of integrity and respect to employees. 3M has the best in class training at all functional and at all levels. 3M has quality and customers first in mind while building there new products hoppers. 3M employs a strategic for hiring individuals for long term employment. They offer an excellent benefits packages across the board, from medical to investments. I retired from 3M after 36 years of service and would do it again. Both my parents also work at 3M, and only had positive comments and admiration for 3M.

I would recommend someone to work at #3M because.
3M is an outstanding environment and culture to work and develop your career. 3M offers many career training and developmental opportunities, targeted for specific career goals. Management is always asking for input and collaboration for continued work place employee engagement. 3M is extremely ethical and treats everyone with a high degree of respect and dignity.

I wanted to work at #3M because
i like to see myself if im a flexible,time manage and also a good worker making good communication

The CEO #3M should
The pay is nice, but the hours are horrendous during the summer youre pretty much forced 6 days a week, 10 hour days.

What I loved working at #3M
All the training they provide for teamwork, train the trainer, six sigma and the list could go on. Production workers are given opportunities to give input for continued improvements and there are opportunities to advance.
