The pay, benefits are good

I loved being part of the big picture. Involved with meetings I also have a lot of input. Helping others becoming a leader for my department

That it is a great place to work and it is steady work in a good environment they have good benefits if your hired on full time you make a decent wage sometimes your expected to work a lot of overtime but its well worth it .You will learn a lot of new things and how and what there used for .You will learn to love your job.
