Interviewing Tips ... ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS AS AN "EMPLOYER", NOT AS A POTENTIAL "EMPLOYEE" IS #1

I think people quit good jobs because
Of management, and the way they treat workers. You shouldnt expect your workers to be there more then at home with their families. To me its not all about how much money you make. You have to make your family #1.

The #1 way I prepare for interviews
The way I prepare fore interviews is to develop a "story bank." These examples should be in your resume, and in the interview be prepared to elaborate...
Interviews will often have "tell me about a time when ___ " type questions. Write out beforehand a few scenarios that could potentially fit those types of questions. And if you don't have an experience that fits their question, it's totally acceptable to say something like, "While I don't have an example of an experience like that, if I did, I would do [x,y,x]."
So when one of these questions comes out, just pull out a story from the bank - it's even possible to tell a story from the bank if it's not related to the question being asked.

BELIEVE AND ACHIEVE! Be Different. [IBYC]
I'm telling you the truth...
When you're working on your job and others seem to be "cutting corners" so-to-speak.
No. #1. BE DIFFERENT: "Always give your best" and the heck with the rest, then everything else will fall-in-place.
Believe and Achieve.
I Believe You Can...!

MAINTAIN THE SPIRIT TO WIN! [IBYC]
I'm telling you the truth..
No matter how bad things may seem, and it makes no difference if the birds don't sing.
You MUST "maintain the spirit to win." Here are 7 Essential TIPS:
#1. Stay motivated. #2. Stay educated. #3. Stay inspired. #4. Stay admired. #5. Stay desired. #6. Stay driven. #7. Stay liven.
Thrust yourself forward, and by all-means possible, maintain the spirit to win, and everything else will fall-in-place.
I Believe You Can...!
Maintaining your spirit to win can beat the odds, then everything else will fall-in-place.
I Believe You Can...!

Thank you to our leaders !
Thank you Governor , President of the board of education , Dept of Health , thank you from the depths of my heart , I really appreciate y'all starting the new school year wide open , no masks , no safety protocols that, despite the fact we are still at pandemic status , wasn't deemed of any public health importance...thank you so much for your lapse of common sense and good judgement to end the PUA 4 months early...despite the steady increase of cases... Thank you for allowing the #1 cause for the spread of the delta variant to go to their classes without any precautions...sitting in groups with no masks or distance...riding the bus with zero "pandemic protocols" you only brought the masks back after 4 kids showed positive for covid...if it's the new delta...that 4 will turn into 20 in a matter of days...we get a recording a week after the discovery from BOE saying "Parents don't worry all precautions are being taken" I'm calling you out ! If all precautions were taken all steps would have been in place like last spring , sterilization , distancing, masks...but apparently those aren't precautions..... Thank you all for not allowing me to smell or taste my morning coffee , thank you for letting me catch my breath between coughs , thank you for allowing my body to feel like I got hit by a truck... And one more big hearty thank you for making me wonder what is to become of my kid when I get put in the hospital... In case you missed it...that was sarcasm...I'm symptomatic for covid that my kid brought home from school...that rests on everyone of your shoulders...and as a special thank you to the governor , ill be mailing you my rent , electric , and phone bills...you can afford to pay them now that you pocketed around a billion in federal funds when you ended PUA 4 months early...again...thank you.

Real Quick Resume Tip #1
Show, don't tell.
I've reviewed close to 300 resumes, and I can't tell you how many times I see phrases like "hard-worker" or "tech savvy" on a resume, listed under their Skills section.
In my opinion, your skills should be things you can back up with a credential of some sort (degree, cert, etc). How you present yourself in an interview, and how you describe your experiences, should tell me all I need to know about your work ethic, or how comfortable you are with technology.
