How would you answer this interview questions: "Describe a time you had to work with someone very different from you"?

This is a wonderful place too work and I would like to put my all into it

I was in a situation where I had to work with people that had dyslexia, short term memories, talk to themselves, etc. Not having these problems, I tried to help these people as best I could and tried to be as kind and helpful as I could

Once as a new employee to a well established company, a very young employee gave me attitude. I simply asked my manager if I could use a private office and meet with her. This was her first full time job, and I had years more experience. Permission was granted, we discussed our own experiences and responsibilities. In under 15 minutes, we ironed out some of the misconceptions and worked well together for seven years.

We all work at a different pace, if you or the person you are helping have a different way talk about it his or her way maybe more effectively

Thats everyday u gonna work with someone totally different from u so learn each other in ways they can teach me something or I can teach them something and we can work as a team together

We are all the same work together makes job easier

I welcome the thought of working with someone different. Its how we grow. Seeing others perspectives and learning something new. Possibly even teaching them something new. At the end of the day we're there to do a job and do it as safe and efficient as possible. It doesn't matter if they are the same or different.

Now

If the person has been at job longer than I have but I get hired for senior management if it’s a problem for that person I would talk to them about it And let them know my door is always open for him or her try to clear it up so they don’t feel bad with it
Were all the same and put our pants on the same way everyday. So only thing different is u been here longer and you have seniority.
