Following your GOD-given talent, GOD-driven passion first; then everything else will follow!😇

Passion, talent, and money each pull in a different direction, but they don’t all carry the same weight. If I had to choose the one that shapes my “career” the most, it’s talent — not in the ego sense, but in the impact sense. Talent is the engine. Passion is the fuel. Money is the byproduct. Talent determines where I can actually create value. Passion determines how long I can sustain the grind. Money shows up when the first two are aligned. If I only chased passion, I’d burn bright but not necessarily build anything lasting. If I only chased money, I’d be efficient but empty. If I only chased talent, I’d be capable but maybe uninspired. But talent is the anchor — it’s the thing that makes everything else possible.

Passion then talent and you will be good. I was a server in New Orleans for a few years. I would always keep my customers entertained and happy. One evening we had problems in the kitchen so no one else was being sat, but my six tables waited over 3 hours for their meals, but because I kept them informed , entertained and kept the drinks and appetizers coming, . ... My sales for the night, 675. My tips 1400.00 those 6 tables left me over 900. And one of the tables come back every year from Mississippi just to see me. I am touched that I made such a difference to someone .

I would love to follow my passion. However, It’s important to pay the bills. In a perfect world one may follow both. So, I think for me it would be to follow my talent. It may not be a perfect world but, hopefully I would find something I like and be good at it.
