Check indeed and Glassdoor reviews section, if you can’t find anyone to give you insight. The reviews will tell you some about the job you may be interested in and a lot about the culture. Also if you apply for a job the recruiter can also give you some insight. Hope this helps and good luck to you !

District Manager at Advantage Solutions

I worked from home but couldn't stand to sit all day. I was great at the job but wasn't for me. Good company and benefits.

Project Management Sales at Build With Ferguson

I worked for Wayfair for 2 years. First in outbound sales until they eliminated the entire department nationwide one month after I moved my entire life to the town they were in and then I transitioned to inbound sales. It's a very fast-paced "call center" like operation and a forever changing process as they are growing at lightning speed. All tech positions are in-house which I liked (someone to reach out to when things are not working or a SKU needs to be fixed etc) Since COVID hit in March 2020, everyone was sent home to work remotely and they still operate that way whether you're in a tech position, customer service or inbound sales. They will provide all equipment. There are metrics to follow (call talk times, staying in sales band etc) ....very collaborative team environment in chats, meetings, and while you're on the phones so you're not feeling alone at all. Wayfair owns other sites too like Joss&Main, BirchLane, AllModern and Perigold. It's a great array of products and you get employee discounts and there are contests, bonuses and commissions but I don't know the extras for customer service roles or other roles. I loved the energy and the job but not my team leader who went out of her way and dug deep to get me fired (literally held up a piece of paper to prove to me her reasons were legit) I was "caught" putting out a cigarette while waiting for others to show up at a Zoom meeting while in my own home.... I had no clue that was a "no-no" in front of the computers....I was putting it out while walking to my desk tho not puffing away kicking back during the meeting.....whatever.... I hate her for that because I moved 3 hours away from friends and family to grow with Wayfair. Now I'm stuck in this one-horse town with no job STILL (since August 2020) and I'm out of my savings from the move and surviving this last year (I'm now on food stamps and no income!!) and don't know a soul here. Since I lost my job, my car has been repossessed so I can only look for remote work. It's been the loneliest existence I have ever been thru not having any loved ones around and I live alone. Anyway, I excelled at Wayfair and they cut me a fat check for all the unused PTO I accrued over time (I never took a day off). Now the NY location has been permanently closed and I had a feeling my turn on the chopping block was coming.....head of HR suddenly disappeared, the director of sales gone, managers and salespeople leaving left and right during COVID.... I think the cig incident was an excuse. They preach transparency but this team leader was NOT. I would definitely go back if they asked but I would request another team leader (that girl had some deep-seeded personal issues that I was not qualified to fix and had a chip on her shoulder to boot! No thanks). The CEO's (2) are present via emails to all and I appreciated their presence. They celebrate diversity and black lives which is pretty awesome. After the George Floyd murder, a black group was formed within the company for ALL to participate in an ongoing group conversation to bring any issues of racism or celebratory topics too. I'm white and much older than most employees there, but I found those conversations very needed to rid of any preconceived notions on all ends of the spectrum of color. Wayfair is truly a company that cares..... Best of luck to you!
