Just to support the executive officer in any needs such as: basic accounting, scheduling meeting for business plan, reserve hotels, flys, set up conference rooms for interviews and large netting. Also, make coffee (opcional)

Above average office skills. This is a pay grade up from a receptionist position. So, Microsoft office, great verbal & reading comprehension skills. Quickbooks or know how to pay, enter bill and receive money. Assisting with scheduling and of course filing and answering phones. I hope that helped.

Required skills, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, meeting minutes and agendas, customer service skills, etc. If they ask for these skills and you are not good at some of them, see what they are willing train. Most times if they say required, you should already know it. Most of my positions did not require me to use PowerPoint so I forgot how to use it. I always be honest and admit to them that I'm not good at it for that reason. So basically, if there are requirwd skills you know you don't have, don't apply unless they say will train.
