Exactly share the turkey with your French bill dog or your greedy shih-tzue like I have I don’t make dogs do tricks to get table food I just give it to them so they can enjoy life with me !!
Learn how to take the leftovers, put them in a single dinner portion zip lock bag for yourself & freeze the packages. They'll last 6 mo. Hopefully, you want some of that turkey for a few meals B4 their expiration. I'm learning that there are folks that don't freeze the surplus from their dinner.

2-3 days for sides( depending on storage) After day 3 on turkey it’s time to make soup.
If you have a dog, you can look up some recipes. I made some turkey and yam dog food the next day, even though I ate half it before making it for her.
