Don't most jobs notify you when they have chosen another candidate for the position you interviewed for?!? I would think it's most respectful if they at least email you, if they can't find the time or care to speak with you. Am I wrong?!?

I interviewed with a company that I thought went very well and things seemed to improve after my skill/knowledge test. But I guess I don't want to work for a company that can't even give you a response(good or bad) so it just wasn't meant to be. # #followup

I completely understand your frustration. It is common courtesy for employers to notify all candidates, whether successful or not. It is disappointing when this doesn't happen. Keep searching for opportunities with companies that prioritize respectful communication. Utilize Jobcase along with other job search providers for a wider range of opportunities. Stay positive and keep moving forward in your job search journey. #jobsearch #communication
