I retired as a Supervisor/Quality Engineering Technician at a Fortune 500 company. I have filled in for people so that they could be off in emergency situations where there was no one else available due to short notice. I have also relieved operations when short staffed due to weather related shortages.

Carried the heavy thing for them.

My coworker has a small child and she had to work on christmas day . she also needed the extra money holidays pay . i gave her a xmas card and in it said i would work and the amt in cash that she would have made and told her to enjoy her xmas . . she wasn in tears and man did it feel awesome ..

Yes I just went two hrs out of my way to help a person in a snow blizzard I love to help ppl

I am a caregiver at the present time. I go above and beyond to ensure our clients are taken care of. Including my co-workers. Helping with mised shifts etc.

Team work and Accomplishing the Goal is what leads to self satisfaction in work.
