They pay decent depending on the position, and if your open to relocating for a higher position then there is plenty of positions across the United States. FedEx has grown so much since I was last there in my area in the last 5 years. It also opens up other positions at other companies with a solid background from fedex.

I am with turner on that. Because when I started at Fedex ground at was $10 an hour.
