Paulo. ..nothing gets your resume thrown into the trash heap faster than being unable to communicate or write clearly with proper syntax, punctuation, spelling and grammar. Your posting demonstrates none of this and would be one reason your resume doesn't get you to the next level or even gives you a chance to wow them with your skills. You need to always make sure you shine with NO grammar, spelling or other mistakes in your contact with whoever is doing the hiring.
