I responded to an accident on the side of the highway. I climbed up a tree and into the back window of a truck to hold the gentlemen’s neck stable for over and hour. He ran off the rode and his truck was stuck in the trees.
As the housekeeping Manager of 2 Beach Resort buildings, total of 108 rooms it often presents an issue with bedding/comforters laundered on time. Mix in a few early arrivals & late check outs it was very chaotic. We offered 4 different rooms with different bbed sizes (excluding suites) Often, it would take meticulous note taking on room status and borrowing to accommodate an early arrival. On average we had from 11am to 4pm to have every room ready. I juggled, borrowed, greeted guest & offered extra attention during their stay if they were OK with receiving a delayed item.
I followed what was the right thing to do / I found a client on the floor , called the fire dept and they called the ambulance and I called the people that n charge of individulal
