What can happen to me if I had 2 people send me their pua checks to my account ? Is it considered fraud ? #scams

Wait...I am confused. Which people? Someone you know personally? Are the checks addressed to your name?

Now I have to ask, is it 2 people you know and consented to your account being used as the recipient for the funds? If not, your best bet is to leave the money alone and contact unemployment. Don't benefit on others' misery. Most assured karma gets her's.

Only fraud if you cash them. Notify PUA.

Jesus people, it's called two party checks and it's anything but fraud. Not everyone has a bank account and those same people don't want to pay enormous fees to cash their check at a check cashing service, so they endorse the check over to the friend who DOES have the back account who endorses the check beneath the original recipient which they then deposit into their checking account and disperse cash to their friend upon available which is anywhere from immediate to a week depending on the bank taking the deposit. Simple and of kindness and all those kinds jumped straight to what a criminal the original poster must be and if THEY were THEM they're be better people by telling on themselves. I'm just looking at you people. Not frowning, certainly not smiling...just looking.

Give em back

WTF?? How did they get your account and routing numbers??? Are you in on this scam??? BETTER CONTACT YOUR BANK, PUA UNEMPLOYMENT NOW!! IF NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER... CONTACT FBI !! YOU'LL GO TO PRISON..FRAUD !! FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ALWAYS FINDS OUT EVENTUALLY !!!!

Sam, if that money doesn't belong to you and you had it deposited into your bank account it's fraud and trust me, pua will figure it out. You need to contact them and tell them what happened and get the 💰 back to them. If you don't they will prosecute you for fraud and quite possibly theft. You don't want that on your record they will find out and it will follow you for the rest of your life. Not worth it buddy.

Let me make sure I understand your question "What can happen to me if I had 2 people send me their pua checks to my account?"
Okay,
- You should send them back to the sender. to avoid any problems that may transpire.

Sounds like you have somebody else's money. Don't take advantage of someone's misfortune.Honesty will always be the best way to live your life.Ford
I would report it to the #unemployment office that made the payment. If it doesn't belong to you, the state can take the money back. Best to be honest and upfront.
