How well does Dollar Tree treat its employees?

I would definitely go back to receive my latest/ last check. Since, by law, you are required to receive your last paycheck at least within 36 hours of tour last working day. If my last check was not readily available, I would be sure that Human Resources knows that I know the rules and regulations behind giving payroll their last payroll check, after being terminated. I would be persistent , and call every day, inril I would see results.

like crap, SM goes out side most of there shift and there other employees don't get a break or nothing or they make them take it after the end of there shift. at first they treat you nice but after they will crap on you and tried to get you fired and really the SM needs to be fired for not doing there job at all

They really don't care about their employees

The night manager is always screwed. You are not allowed in the office alone and only managers are allowed in(set up for failure) but the night manager will be lucky to get more than 1 employee to work the shift. If money is short or missing the manager gets fired and treated like he/she is the thief.

I try to avoid 12 hours a day jobs that’s like total slavery and if you’re work is far away from your home is like sleep if you can weak up and go to work no time to do what you have to do at home or be whit your family or go to the park

I don't know how they treat their employees

When I was hired they promised me the moon. I said I needed at least 20 hrs a week. Well the Mgr would change the schedule everyday. She would hire 2 and 3 new people and give them my hrs. I would end up with 10 to 12 hrs a week. The Mgr was never there when I worked. One day she called me to come in. The assist Mgr. Started yelling at me when I showed up. He told me to turn around and go home. He spewed the F word several times. When I told my Mgr she said she would talk to him. It was down hill after that. I was only there a month and worked an avg of 12 hrs a week. Whe I asked her why she kept taking hrs from me she said I read the schedule wrong. The last night I worked The assignment Mgr told me it was most likely my last night that I was slow...and made mistakes.in all fairness how can you learn the ropes when you have a total of 48 hrs in a month. The next day I called to resign. The Mgr didn't answer me. I have never been let go from a job. So I texted the Mgr since she wouldn't even call me back and resigned.

I have 7 year experience

great lots work
I just quit, 12 hours a week don't pay sh*t. I worked one day and didn't go back. The one I worked at treated me well the first day but the hours suck!
