hello my name is Gloria Kennedy; the answer is yes almost everyday of my life I take responsibility for.
Yes — outside of work I’ve taken responsibility for a lot of long-term projects. One example is my audio dramas. I handle every part of the process myself — writing, acting, recording, editing, and mixing. It’s taught me to own the entire lifecycle of a project, solve problems independently, and deliver a finished product I’m proud of. That same mindset shows up in other areas of my life too. I’ve self-published over forty books, maintained my own captioning equipment for twenty-one years, and I’m the one who prepares and maintains my home during hurricane season. I’m used to taking responsibility, figuring things out, and following through.
