16 depending if sales of liquor are included. If alcohol is. Included you would have to be 21.

@Zachary Boyce Hello The minimum age to work at Marshalls is 16 years old for most entry-level positions. Workers under 18 may have to follow some restrictions on their hours and days of work depending on the state laws. Some of the jobs that 16-year-olds can apply for at Marshalls are sales associate, customer experience coordinator, and retail sales associate.
