The people that worked there and also the customer just to see the smiles on their face or just listening tontheir stories were joyful making someone day great was my goal everyday.

Honestly it has to be the work friends you make. When you find a couple worker you have fun with and talk to a lot the shift doesn't seem too bad half the time. But I'd still recommend finding another opportunity unless the managers at your location are gold stars.
