Should I quit my Job?

The managers where i work are super disrespectful, customers are (but thats expected and i can deal with that) I work part time and im in HS, and I also only make $8 dollars an hour. I have been working there for over a year now and haven't gotten a raise. Ive applied to over 100 places online/in person and none have gotten back to me and i have no idea why. #advice #jobsearch #management

All I can say is that if you continue to be disrespected, you have to set those boundaries. Try and be patient a little longer and find yourself a positive environment that will help you grow as an individual! Good luck, and I'm sorry people aren't more respectful

It's in your think process. You must first know what category you are work for. Are you working
1. To Pay Bills (POOR IN NEEDED)
2. To Keep Good Credit (Middle Class work)
3. To be maternity financially (Money Farmer)?

How fresh is your resume? Does it need to be updated? Are the words filled with some eye catching adjectives and verbs that will pop out at your future employer. I am a returning citizen with an extensive background. I have struggled with addiction and many things in the pass. Nevertheless, I did not allow that to hinder me from obtaining the things that I wanted. I set goals for myself and was determined to see them through. I have surpassed each of them and continue to raise the bar. I am now employed by not one good job but two. So, reevaluate your resume, highlight your strong points, give voice to your weaknesses and inform your future employer that if given a chance to work for them that you will be an asset to their company, and you will work exceptionally hard to strengthen and overcome your weaknesses thus, making you stronger and an even greater asset.

I hope you are planning on going to college after you graduate? Don't get discouraged, keep applying. Most jobs are wanting full time employees now days. Something will come along. Have you asked for a raise? Are your work habits worthy of a raise? On time, absenteeism, attitude? You can be anything you want in life. I wish someone would have told me that when I was your age. Get a career and be the best you can be!!!!!
