since the extra $600 has ended will I get that extra $600 for The 9 back weeks that I finally just claimed ?

After 4 months of closing my daycare doors. I was affected by Covid My worse fears is approaching shutting my doors after 33 years. It sucks.

They owe me my first 2 wks of $1,506. Can't get a hold of anyone about it. I also faxed in a letter. No response!!!! This stuff is a mess!!!

I would ask for it Jason. I'm not sure how HI is handling their unemployment claims, but plenty of people are asking for the payments to be retroactive. Some states don't seem to be honoring this, but it seems like some are. So, I'd totally give it a shot.

I was laid-off as of June 30th. OH unemployment said my employer didn't submit everything so I wouldn't be eligible for anything until late Sept. because of severance package. After many calls to unemployment (and employer), I finally got someone who knew what they were doing and got everything fixed and in place. Today I received all back payments including the $600 per week for the month of July. So frustrating but don't give up!

Good thru July 26 week ending

No help at all from no one I am very hurt

Yes if you applied before it ended you will get back paid for it. My old lady ended up getting back pay for $5500.

I know that I just applied and it went back since March and they did give me the 600 extra so you should be able to too.

I finally got through to them on the phone. I was disconnect but 2 agents I got with. I last one helped me as I was logged out on line. Couldn't get back in but she helped me. Then claimed all my weeks. I hope my # is in there today. They did send me a letter stating I couldn't get my PUA claim. The agent said I can get extended wks which I went back to work for a couple wks. I don't think she understood. Then got disconnected. What a mess this has been!!!!
@Jason Wela the $600 is called Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation: FPUC. While in theory it should be available retroactively, each state has their own requirements (like the timing of your filings and attestations.) Found this page on the #hawaii labor dept site that might be helpful. Pomaika'i and keep us posted.
