Paid time off, federal holidays, sick leave, specific work schedule, pregnancy time off for both wife and husband, Sam's Club discount, 401-K

Every benefits you can think of. If you are one of the new mom who is going to have kids soon. Apply for post office, giving birth fully covered. They have all the benefits you are looking for. You gain annual leaves, sick leaves, leave without pay in every paychecks. So go ahead and apply and you will gain all the benefits.

A good company will offer Honest Feedback, You want them to have an open door policy, Do Not tolerate Childish Behavior such as Management discussing your issues with co workers instead of discussing with you, You want to make sure the company you give your time to, will value it. Meaning do they really care if you come to work daily, or are you just another employee. Make sure they value what you have to offer, Make sure it is something your going to want to wake and go to daily. From experience, The more you feel valued the more you will put in, the more you put in the more you benefits you will see. Only from a Good Reliable Stable Company and you will know if they value their employees, if you ask what is their turn around rate. How often do they have to hire for your position. Pay during Maternity leave. There are companies that don’t pay you during maternity leave. This should be a benefit.
