How can I get a data analyst position or similar entry-level to mid-level position in Columbus Ohio when experience is not considered recent?

I’ve been having a difficult time getting a data analyst position or even an entry-level analyst position in the city of Columbus, Ohio. I have been going through person after person to get interviews and either it turns out to be a scam or the jobs are put on hold or I’m not being called back for an interview despite updating my resume to each job and following all the good job search recommendations that we all know in love. I currently have a contract position that will be ending in July and I am in desperate need of a position ASAP that is permanent or something I can fall back on once my contract is over. I have been given the recent feedback that my experience is not recent since the majority of my data analytics experience comes from my department director position from 2020. Without going into too much detail I can’t really contact any of my former colleagues for references. What are some things that I could do or is there anyone in the city of Columbus Ohio that may be able to connect with me for these types of positions? #columbus #dataanalyst #entrylevel #advice #uppermanagement #jobsearch

The safest way is always to go directly to the company career page. These companies all have local remote entry/mid level positions that you can consider:
