Is my termination from my previous job unfair?
I started on Nov.12.23 and got fired 1 year later APPROXIMATELY. The thing is, I was a minor (16-17)... I was forced to train people when trainers had to be 18 or older, never got any trainer's pay ($2 more an hour...), and was threatened with termination or loss of hours if I didn't comply. My breaking point was when I was training a 30-something-year-old, and she'd whine about being trained by a minor. There were 3 newbies and a manager on shift so I was all over the place. It got to the point where we were busy and I was training the 30-year-old, and she cursed me out, called me a "Little b*", the name-calling and such went on (even when I reported it to management), so I got tired of it and told her to stop. She throws the largest size soda at me in uniform. i curse her out, next day I get a called saying I'm terminated. #termination #advice #stressful
