Interview practice: Describe a time you felt undervalued at work but chose to stay and keep performing at your best. What kept you there?

I love people and taking care of a person that can help themselves its my pleasure 🙏

I wanted to help those that needed a voice

Not a Quiter

I love my job and the daily learning. Also the impact and satisfaction that I had with the patients and their families

My patients

Office Depot Inc.
I was the only woman in the IT sales department and nobody trusted my knowledge or judgement..I stayed because I knew what I was talking about and was very good at what I did and was able to help the customers regardless of their initial trust or not. I would eventually win the other co-workers trust; as well as the customers’ to deliver the highest sales in the area, region and district.

Commitment, and always improving myself

I believe if everyone were completely honest, there has been a point in time when you feel like you're going to completely break, when you felt you were going to break, you step back and think about the real reason you are where you are and why. I have been there many times. I come to the same conclusion every time! God has me, and he put me where he wants me. I pray, I stay, and I will leave if that's in his plan. Always thank him for the good and the bad. At the end its always going to be on his time.

I like the job that I was doing and also needed the job to live and pay my bills
