Ask them first personal phone or work phone.Coz if its personal then when my break time.If work phone everytime if its rings
Only on break or lunch on your own time. But if your phone is required for that job you will be checking and answering e-mail.
I have to have my phone in my pocket at work all time. I do not answer it or look at it unless I am on break.
On lunch and breaks
If the work is interesting and Iam focus. Ill look at my phone on lunch break.
I don’t pick up my phone u less it’s on break or lunch. It’s just a distraction and when I’m at work I want to focus on that.
