How much would it help that I am an experienced journeyman electrician and have been in construction for over 20 years? If it’s the electrical department, what would it take to be department manager or supervisor? Or are there better positions to go for that have higher compensation and a higher ceiling for opportunity and advancement?

Also I would first recommend completing your profile and be sure to add the areas of work you’re interested in. Doing so will help recruiters know what you’re looking for and it also will help Jobcase send you relevant job opportunities. I would also take what you posted here and put it on your profile. It acts as a resume here on the site and will demonstrate your skills to potential employers. Also check the job board for data entry positions and follow hashtags that fit your area of interest!
