The quantity of eggs when rushed. But this was years ago.

The job is very straight forward but working with untrained employees and short staffed makes the job harder. Management leaves training to wait staff while we are dealing with multiple tables and we receive no compensation. Bad communication between management and different shifts also causes confusion. . Other than that its a fun job and a food place too work unless things go haywire.

Their was nothing really challenging to me. But if I must answer it was keeping up with the eggs
