I do use those, even search in Older Worker Search and still nothing I'll just wait it out Thx.

that is only part of it. Companies look at length of stay. Older people, like myself, often cannot stay on with the company due to health concerns. Experienced people, as those in the older generation, often want more pay than a newbie starting out. If insurance is offered as part of the contract an older person is seen as one who will need the insurance more often than his or her younger counterpart. Older people often seek to prove themselves more than younger people, making it more difficult to step back and let those who are paid to lead, lead. One has to look at the whole picture before making a snap decision. Unlike a lot of people, I have nothing to prove. I'm glad to let others take the glory, so long as they recognize my input in making them look good. Recognizing it takes courage, expressing that they could not have done the job without my input is often interpreted by those climbing the proverbial success ladder as being unable to do the job assignment. A good manager recognizes the people that makes him or her look good, building the confidence that he or she is spot on, honest, and fair, and shows the person or people over him (or her) that he appreciates their work. Whereas money equals power, so does mismanagement equate to 1being a jerk that loses the people under him who care. People who care do higher quality work than people who don't.
Understandable, I was 'overqualified' when in my 20's with two college degrees back in the early 70's. Age discrimination is nothing new. Many employers do not always consider the older generation as suitable overlooking the reliability, experience, dedication, knowledge, wisdom, that comes with blessed and very often healthy aging. Potential and eligible 'seniors' are generally more attentive to detail and courtesy and not glued to playing on cell phones [ a very bad habit I always see with younger generations] at any given free moment. The hard issue is finding respectable part-time employment that can offer remuneration at an experienced individual's true worth.
