Stay focused. Working for home is great is one can stay focused, do their job, be somewhat independent, and reliable. Many people find it hard to work without restrictive boundaries of an onsite job. Good luck and enjoy.

Set an area aside to work. Set up your work station at home. Use Ethernet as it’s more reliable then wifi. I would recommend a large screen or two screens, so you have your email open and your assignment on the other half. Talk with your supervisor to see how meetings are going to be handled. I use iPods to attend meetings and Microsoft Teams. I don’t use video as it takes too much bandwidth. Set a reminder to take your lunch break. Do not take the phone with you to the bathroom. You can call them back after you take your personal necessity break. Plan your day and set another reminder to log off your computer at the end of the day.
Good luck. I really enjoy teleworking. For lunch, I can go on walk and then eat or sit outside if it’s nice and have lunch and enjoy being away from the computer. Also, do not take your phone with you when you have lunch, rest and enjoy your lunch break.
