It’s not an actual interview if your going to the warehouse or delivery station. The only time it’s a true interview is for the higher positions.

What your job skill set is… if you’re better on a lap top or better as a picker/packer.

They normally dont interview, apply for a job, choose what shift you prefer to work, show up at your new hire event and take a drug test, then show up on your first day! They usually assign you to work in the department most needed for help such as picking, packing, customer returns, etc. You can ask for a specific department during your drug test or request it, but that doesnt mean you will get that specific department. If you are just going in for an associate position, I honestly don't think you have a whole lot to worry about. They are seriously needing people very badly. besides it's more about having your paperwork in order at this point, proof of Diploma (if that's still a requirement), your I.D., SS card...etc.
