Interview prep: How would your co-workers describe you?
When a hiring manager asks you this, they're trying to figure out how well you work with others.
If you seem confident about what your former coworkers would say about you, that tells them that you work well with others and that you've likely been given positive feedback from your coworkers. If your answer is unsure or negative in any way, that could flag to them that you're not a team player.

My co-workers would definitely tell you that I'm a leader,their teacher, and their MVP. Because I strive to become the best team player I can be. Then I teach my teammates what I've learned. Only then can you manage the team.

Iv'e never been asked this exactly. Its usually more direct. Strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes in the form of a situation where you used your strength to problem solve. I never know how to answer. I am not a good lier! 😅
