How well does McDonald's treat its employees?

Not all managers treat you wrong but I would lie to you if I say your treated equally . Just keep to yourself at first learn as much as you can . The more position you learn the more they will want to work with you It’s a good starting job Prunedale Ca starts at $15

I use to work at McDonald’s here in Simpsonville, KY and I did not like the employee doesn’t care about anyone working there they can be rude at times when I was working at McDonald’s for about 2-3 years all they had me doing from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm every day I work was clean tables and chairs and windows and sweep the floor and mop floor take out the trash and clean the men’s bathroom and women’s bathroom they had me doing this every day I worked there and after everything was done they would basically just have me to stand there and wait until a table gets dirty again, there was 1 time I asked them if they could show me more stuff to do and they said no we don’t have time to show you stuff, they made me cleans men’s and woman’s bathroom I didn’t mind cleaning the men’s bath room but they also made me clean the woman’s bathroom as well when there should be someone else doing that not a guy doing it so about 2-3 years later doing same ole stuff there was 1 day I decided to leave and quit without letting them know so I left and i was only making around 100 dollars or so per pay check

If you work for Waterville McDonald’s you will get treated like dump

Well let's just say McDonald's is all about favoritism n if u ain't one of the favorites u get treated like a dog n it ain't pretty

Nor enough trading in customer service

Ok it's not the best I've ever had, could so better
depends on how long the managers have been working there and how old they are, mine were pretty crappy thats why i quit but honestly depends where you work
