Stop, take a quick walk. Go back and begin again.

Take a moment to prioritize my workload and categorize from most urgent to least. And then get my workload started. . I find that most people get mired in the details. It's getting started that becomes the problem at that point. I've been told there's only one way to eat an elephant, and that is one bite at a time.

Keeping and adhering to a “to do list” would alleviate the prospective

Breathing exercises while I work on the problem. Pray as I work it out.

I will stop working on what is stressing me out. I start work on another less stressful project, and when I get home that night, I will exercise. When I get to work the next day, I will start work on the stressful project from a different perspective

First stay aware of my tipping points. Secondly be honest with myself as to the possible negative or positive outcomes if I were to continue without stepping back and utilizing some alone with me time. Which brings me to number three. Thirdly as soon as I'm able without causing more harm than good find a quiet place to gather my thoughts acess my emotional and psychological state of being to decide if rather or not it's a good or healthy idea to return to the situation and if so what or some tools I can use to aid in avoiding hostile feelings, verbal confrontation or physical altercation? One this has been honestly and unselfishly determined I use positive self talk reaffirming myself every thing is going to be fine and no matter what I am covered by the blood of God's Son and as he is for me nothing in all creation seen or unseen can prevail in an attempt to cause me harm, death or destruction.
