Does this Help?

I applied online to several reputable construction companies for a Project Manager position. Thinking back, I should have included a cover letter with each application and resume to stand out with corporate recruiters. Does anyone read cover letters anymore? All my experience and skills are on my resume but I still have time to go back and add a cover letter if that’s going to boost my chances to get an interview. What should I put on a cover letter that isn’t already on the application and resume? Suggestions??

Should I ask for interview feedback on my Thank You letter?

I felt this interview went okay and I want to ask the interviewer for feedback but I’m not sure how to go about it.

Hey Keith - welcome - great to have you as part of the community. Your profile looks pretty good, my friend. Suggest you could hit the 'get praise' button and ask some former colleagues./bosses, or friends to addd some praise and then it would look perfect. I looked at our jobs section and typed in "project management, construction" and your zip and found a LOT of job listings that look pretty appropriate. You can double-click the jobs button and search yourself or heres an easy link. (just remember to apply to 2-3 each day, getting that right gig is a numbers game). http://www.jobcase.com/jobs/search?q=project+management%2C+construction&l=60435&r=25&group=company&sources%5B%5D=CB&sources%5B%5D=ID&sources%5B%5D=JC Good luck - lots of jobcasers rooting for you! Fred
